My name is Onika Barker. I am 22 years Old. Business Administration major with a concentrationin Marketing at Rutgers University.

On February 25th, 2012, I took part in the Miss Northern USA Scholarship pageant where I represented New Jersey/ Essex County. I placed 1st Runner up.Being 1st Runner up, I was given the appointed title Miss Union County and the opportunity to represent Union County in future Pageants. This pageant has given me the opportunity to showcase confidence, poise and allowed me to hone my interview skills with intelligence and confidence.

Miss Northern USA Nationals is right around the corner which will be held in Jackson, NJ from August 27th- 28th 2012 and I would love to represent Union County and make Union people proud in this competition.

I am writing to you seeking your endorsement, sponsorship/donation and support as I represent Union to the best of my ability while making a difference in the lives of others. By endorsing me, you are helping me to promote Union County and to showcase its beauty to the rest of America.

My goal is to raise $600.

This fund will be put toward my sponsorship fee for the pageant.
